Jonathan Wilson – Maintenance Technician II
Let’s warmly welcome our new team member, Jonathan Wilson, who joins us as Maintenance Tech II. Originally from Indian Land, SC, Jonathan hit the ground running, and we’re thrilled to have him on board.
With 18 years of experience as a subcontractor, Jonathan is no stranger to getting his hands dirty and tackling various projects. He also brings a unique skill set as a former private investigator.
Jonathan’s a loyal Titans fan, cheering them on whenever they hit the field. He also enjoys various outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, camping, kayaking, hiking, hunting, and even flying drones. For Jonathan, weekends are all about quality time with family and friends. Whether he’s hanging out with his kids or enjoying time with friends, you can bet it’s bound to be filled with laughter and good company.
Jonathan has quite a sense of humor and loves to joke around. With his upbeat personality, he’s sure to bring some smiles to the team. Welcome aboard, Jonathan!
Grant Henderson – Customer Leasing Specialist
Grant Henderson is our newest team addition as a Customer Leasing Specialist. Grant hails from Plaza Midwood in Charlotte, NC, bringing him a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. Before joining us at Henderson Properties, Grant spent three years in commercial real estate brokerage, specializing in third-party investment leasing and sales. Grant is very involved and a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), Charlotte Young Professions Group, Young Professionals Network (YPN), and the Canopy Realtor Association (MLS).
Grant is an avid sports enthusiast who passionately supports his alma mater, the Alabama Crimson Tide, in college football and cheers on the Carolina Panthers in the NFL. Beyond sports, Grant finds joy in outdoor pursuits such as hunting and fishing and indulges his fascination with cars. On weekends, Grant enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
