In addition to launching the widely acclaimed Dedicated Community Association Leadership (DCAL) educational program for Boards of Directors, she has coauthored numerous other trainings for pre-licensing and continuing education.

Congrats to Heather Todd on being promoted to Community Association Manager!
Heather has worked for the Henderson Properties Association Division since 2011 in various capacities, and most recently as Community Association Manager Associate (CAMA). Heather manages a portfolio of communities from our Indian Trail office. As a CAM, Heather is the Board’s primary contact and takes care of all action items assigned to her. Heather ensures that violation letters are processed, meeting documents are prepared, vendors are vetted, and financials are in order. Heather’s experience as a Legal Accounts Coordinator for associations is an asset to her communities in helping them collect assessments. Heather worked for two other Charlotte area association management companies before Henderson. Heather holds a B.A. in Psychology from Winthrop University.
