New Employees

Henderson Properties added seven new employees in recent months. They are all excited about serving our customers!

Rachel Ellis joins the Rental Division as a new Leasing Consultant. Rachel is originally from Amherst, NY and most recently Atlanta, GA and moved to Charlotte in 2002. Rachel was the proprietor of a Real Estate firm for several years and holds degrees in marketing and accounting.

Jamie Rudzinski

Jamie Rudzinski joins the Operations Division as the new Office & IT Manager. Jamie is originally from Richmond, VA and moved to Charlotte in 2002. Jamie owned and operated Carolina Paint & Design for six years. Running a business has taught her many aspects of life and being successful.

Heath Johnson joins the Maintenance Division as a new Maintenance Technician. Heath is originally from Hendersonville, NC and moved to Charlotte in 2014. Heath operated his own remodeling business for 20 years prior to moving to Charlotte this year. Heath was on the tech team (ran camera mobile) at his last church for 13 years.

Krystal York joins the Rental Division as the new Assistant Property Manager. Krystal is originally from Ramseur, NC and moved to Charlotte in 2003. Krystal’s professional background has been primarily property management with apartments.

Dorina Holguin joins the Associations Division as a new Community Specialist. Dorina is originally from the Dominican Republic and moved to Charlotte in 2005. Dorina worked at Time Warner Cable as a Customer Service Representative for three years and was a leasing consultant for six years.

Michelle Connors joins the Associations Division as a new Community Association Manager. Michelle is originally from Miami, FL and moved to Charlotte in 1991. Michelle’s professional background includes four years as a Community Manager.

LaTasha Williams joins the Rental Division as a new Leasing Consultant. LaTasha is originally from Philadelphia, PA and moved to Charlotte in 2014. LaTasha is a Property Management Professional with over eight years of experience. During her career, LaTasha has leased and managed over 1300 apartment homes and condos. She worked for The Galman Group and Lindy communities.

Shelly Henderson

Shelly calls herself a “Charlottean” because her family has been there since her elementary school days. She serves as Henderson Properties’ co-founder, along with her husband Phil, managing the day-to-day operations, social media branding and leadership development. Her different life experiences, both positive and challenging, earned the title to her first book Starting From Scratch. Shelly has a servant’s heart and leads her company with purpose and passion. She is mom to two sons who continue as young adults to make her heart swell.
