New Hires
Kevin McClave – Broker- In-Charge/Sales Division Manager
Kevin is originally from Charlotte and attended NC State University. In addition to 10 years in the real estate business, Kevin was also an assistant golf professional at the PGA of America Golf School. Kevin is charged with recruiting and managing the Sales Division at Henderson Properties.
David Kilpatrick – Maintenance Division Manager
David is originally from Florida and moved to Charlotte in 1969. David has over 31 years of combined residential and commercial real estate experience including finance, land development, acquisitions, sales, construction, leasing, asset, facility and property management. David oversees the Maintenance Division, including a full-time team of Maintenance Coordinators, Maintenance Technicians, and a Project Manager.
Linda Clark – Bookkeeper
Linda is originally from Long Island, New York and moved to Charlotte in 2012. Linda’s professional background has been in the accounting field. She was with US Dynamics Corporation for 30 years. She started as the Accounts Payable Clerk and worked her way up to Controller. Linda supports all departments within the Accounting Division.
Daniel Duenas – Community Specialist
Daniel is originally from Miami, Florida and moved to Charlotte in 2012. David graduated from ITT Technical Institute in 2006 with an AA+ in Multi-media and Computer Sciences, while working as an account executive and customer care representative in a merchant services office, as well as an IT specialist and in marketing. Daniel provides customer service to homeowners in our HOA Division.
Promotions:
Andre Thomas was promoted to Rental Property Manager. He served as an Assistant Rental Property Manager. Chris Marcinko was promoted to Project Manager. Chris worked as a Maintenance Technician prior to the promotion.
