Henderson Properties continues to expand, with more contracts and more employees to sustain the growth!

Rentals Division
The Rentals Division recently signed on to manage East View apartments, an 18-unit apartment complex on Orange St. between Monroe Rd and Randolph Rd. The owner chose Henderson Properties for our first class approach to management and customer service.

New Hires
Natasha Kuker has joined the HOA division as the new Community Associations Administrative Division (CAAD) Administrative Manager. Natasha is originally from Miami, Florida and moved to Charlotte in 2013. Natasha’s professional background includes Property Management and Real Estate legal assistance. In her spare time Natasha enjoys reading and online gaming.
Rod Ingram joined our HOA division as an interim Legal Accounts Coordinator in December and has decided to remain on the Henderson Properties team as a Community Specialist. Rod is originally from Philadelphia and moved to Charlotte in 1986. Rod’s professional background includes leasing experience and collections and legal assistance. In his spare time Rod loves to fish, play basketball and help with his church youth group.

Kelly Wilson has joined our Rentals Division as a Leasing Consultant. Kelly is originally from Oregon. She moved to Charlotte in 2009. Kelly has worked as a Real Estate Agent, as well as in the banking industry with Wells Fargo and in the construction field. In her spare time Kelly likes to write, fish, and hunt.
