How Can We Help You?
Henderson Properties is pleased to announce the acquisition of Moorseville-based Faith Management Services. Through this acquisition, we will now be managing the 10 former Faith Management communities. With these and other additions over the past year, our community association management division to see a 23 percent growth in assignments.
A Joint Effort
Faith Management Services was founded in 2005 and was owned and operated by Leo and Gloria Martinez. Mr. Martinez dedicated his company to providing his communities with highly personalized services. However, as the communities grew, and their demands grew as well, he found it difficult to keep up. After working with the couple in the acquisition of the Monteith Place association, we realized we cold help by combining our processes, technology and talent with their personalized customer service.
What makes this acquisition so exciting to us is the fact that we won’t be changing that personalized customer service. Mr. Martinez will be joining the Henderson Properties team and will continue to manage his associations from our Davidson office. He will, however, have access to our technology and processes to make his job easier. We believe this will lead to an even better level of service for the acquired associations.
Continuing Growth for Henderson Properties
In addition to the 10 Faith Management Services properties, we have also added Carmel Village in Charlotte and the Clairemont neighborhood in Fort Mill. Our processes and community involvement also caught the eye of the Lexington Community Association in Mecklenburg County, which we began managing on July 1, and the Fairfield Plantation HOA in Stallings, which we began managing June 1. This growth has led to the hiring of three new people, including Mr. Martinez, to help support our growing company.
Through this growth, we have maintained our dedication to our associations. We continueto work closely with HOA boards to provide a high level of service to those who live in our communities.
