A recently implemented program titled “The President’s Club” bears that out.  After less than six months, 15 of our staff members have been inducted.  This isn’t an “easy in” award we made up to make folks feel better.  Every inductee to the club becomes a member because a raving fan (any of our clients) takes the time to write a letter or email to the company President, Phil Henderson, letting him know how the team member has exceeded expectations.
