How Can We Help You?
Henderson Properties continues to grow. It is our goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients. That means we must continue to add to our team the brightest and best talent in the industry. We feel we have met the challenge with the recent addition of three new property management associates.
Henderson Properties has recruited a new leasing consultant and two property managers to help provide premier property management and leasing services to investors and companies.
The most recent associate to join Henderson Properties is Frank LaTorre. Frank previously worked for Webster and Nova Southeastern Universities, Hammersmith Management, and Priority Properties Orlando. His background provides operational, financial and site management of high-rise condominiums, educational and commercial properties. LaTorre has his MBA from Nova Southeastern University and his B.S. in management from Columbia College. He is a Navy veteran and is a member of Institute of Real Estate Management and Community Association Institute.
Frank LaTorre brings to Henderson Properties the expertise that dovetails nicely with the great residential talent we have already in place. This helps us provide turnkey services for companies and investors.
Matthew Brooks also joined Henderson Properties as property manager. Matt came to us from Elder Broach Properties. He has a unique professional background, which includes experience at Equifirst and as a general contractor, so he understands the full spectrum of the property management cycle from resident credit to maintenance.
Margaret Farmer has joined Henderson Properties as leasing consultant. With more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Margaret brings a level of experience and customer service skills Henderson Properties’ clients have come to expect.
Henderson Properties is proud to have each of these new members as part of our team. We know that all of our clients – both current and future – will benefit from the quality of service these, and all of our staff members, have to give.
