This money can be rolled over from an existing plan or you can start a new one. Rental properties will be bought and sold through this account with all profits from the rents going back into the account. Just like with a regular 401K or IRA the money grows tax free until you retire. Properties can be bought and sold, Henderson Properties will manage your properties, and rents after expenses will go into the account.
