Things have been very busy at Henderson Properties.

In March of this year we began a search for our next “super star.”  In the current economy, there was no shortage of talent from which to select.  With so many qualified candidates, the selection was difficult.  After many hours spent in interviews, intensive evaluation, and much pondering, we emerged with our newest Henderson Properties “star.”  Our Community Association clients can take great pride in knowing that their interests are represented by the “best of the best.”

Kevin Caruso joined Henderson Properties in May as the Community Associations Division Manager.  Kevin studied Accounting, Marketing, and Finance at the University of Cincinnati. He relocated to Charlotte from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, where he served as President and CEO of Association Services Inc. (ASI), an Associa company, the nation’s largest association management company. While with ASI, Kevin oversaw management, financial, administrative, communication, and maintenance services for 100 communities consisting of residential and business condominiums, single-family associations, and developer communities, including amenity communities with pools, fitness, golf and tennis facilities.

Kevin and his team provided services to 100 communities and guidance to 500 volunteer board members. Prior to ASI, Kevin owned a community and property management company, which he sold to Associa and merged with ASI.

Kevin brings over 25 years of leadership experience to Henderson Properties and is a member of the Community Association Institute. He has also earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations and the Association Management Specialist designations.

Henderson Properties is excited to have Kevin as our newest team leader. We ask that our Boards of Directors join us in welcoming Kevin to Henderson Properties.
