Please help us welcome Sandy Rebesco to the CAAD staff of Henderson Properties. She will be filling the position of legal accounts coordinator. Sandy, originally from Chicago, moved to Charlotte in 2005. Her professional background includes work in both the public and private sectors – most recently as assistant association director for a community association management company.
Sandy and husband Steven have 2 sons – Matthew who is a medical student and Timothy currently serving in the Army National Guard as well as going to school. Her family also includes 3 dogs, a parakeet, and tropical fish.
For relaxation, Sandy enjoys reading, gardening, touring and camping. Welcome Sandy, we are glad to have you as part of the Henderson Properties team.

Shelly Henderson
Shelly calls herself a “Charlottean” because her family has been there since her elementary school days. She serves as Henderson Properties’ co-founder, along with her husband Phil, managing the day-to-day operations, social media branding and leadership development. Her different life experiences, both positive and challenging, earned the title to her first book Starting From Scratch. Shelly has a servant’s heart and leads her company with purpose and passion. She is mom to two sons who continue as young adults to make her heart swell.
