(March 20,2012) — Henderson Properties, a full service real estate company, today celebrated the opening of its Union County office in Indian Trail with a ribbon cutting and morning networking event in conjunction with the Union County Chamber. The office, located at 4389 Indian Trail-Fairview Road, is the company’s fourth branch location. Others include: South Charlotte,Lake Norman and Fort Mill.
Founded in 1990, Henderson Properties provides member communities and property management client services such as: community association management, rental property management, leasing, maintenance, and home sales.

Shelly Henderson
Shelly calls herself a “Charlottean” because her family has been there since her elementary school days. She serves as Henderson Properties’ co-founder, along with her husband Phil, managing the day-to-day operations, social media branding and leadership development. Her different life experiences, both positive and challenging, earned the title to her first book Starting From Scratch. Shelly has a servant’s heart and leads her company with purpose and passion. She is mom to two sons who continue as young adults to make her heart swell.
