Richard Guess has been hired as Maintenance Technician. Richard is from Kingsport, Tenn. and moved to Charlotte in 1998. He enjoys boating, camping, gardening, boating, and NASCAR.

Dave Allison has joined the Henderson Properties real estate sales team. A Charlotte native, Dave is based in the Henderson Properties Ballantyne office. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry. His knowledge of the area, experience in real estate analysis, and detail-orientation in the transaction process provides superior services for his clients.

Henderson Properties Realtor Christy Heyman has earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), a national designation achieved by only 19% of Realtors nationwide. The GRI signifies mastery of an intense training program that includes a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. The Realtors Institute is co-sponsored by the North Carolina Real Estate Educational Foundation and the North Carolina Association of Realtors.

Julie Shadrick has been promoted to position of Community Association Manger. She has been employed with Henderson Properties as a Community Association Manager Associate since October 2008. Julie is a 2002 graduate of Winthrop University and has 10 years of property management experience.

The Henderson Properties staff raised $4,496 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The Henderson team, dubbed Blake’s Buddies in honor of Blake Henderson, who has type 1 diabetes, participated in the Charlotte Walk to Cure Diabetes on April 17, 2010 at Carowinds. This was the 20th consecutive year of the Charlotte Walk to Cure Diabetes.
