Mecklenburg public elementary schools have a reputation for being able to balance academics with strong development in a child’s personal development. There are a variety of schools that have unique classes to offer, which include taking technology, sports, classical, and international courses.
Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools has an award winning pre-kindegarten program which is being used as a model for similar programs not only in North Carolina, but the country as well.
