To participate in our Renter's Advantage Program simply enter into your typical rental lease agreement and then sign a simple addendum from Rent2Buy America stating you want to participate in the program. The Renter's Advantage Program provides you with a 1% credit of your loan amount from our affiliated lenders to be used towards the closing of your home after you’ve successfully completed your lease.
Obviously, if you are not ready to purchase at the end of your lease term, you always have the option to renew your lease and continue to rent with Henderson Properties until you are ready to buy.
