Kerry Stecher - Broker-in-Charge, ABR
Kerry joined the Henderson Properties team in 2007 as broker-in-charge. After a corporate layoff in 2004, she sought her real estate license and hasn’t looked back. Helping people find their dream home in Charlotte is a passion for her! Kerry works out of the South Charlotte office of Henderson Properties and manages a team of agents who share the same excitement for real estate.
Kerry is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association where she is currently serving terms for the Education Advisory Council as well as the Housing Opportunity Foundation. Kerry was recently appointed by CRRA to the Realtors Care Day Committee as co-chair of sponsorships. She also serves as the chairperson for the School Leadership Team at Elon Park Elementary and is president of the Athletic Booster Club at Community House Middle School. Kerry and her family are members of Elevation Church in South Charlotte.
Kerry resides in the Ballantyne area with her husband and two sons who are avid baseball fans. She can often be seen at one of the many baseball fields in Charlotte on the weekends enjoying the games.
