We have enjoyed having you as a tenant and look forward to continuing your tenancy. We would like to have you sign a new one-year lease agreement with us. If you do not sign a new one-year lease, your tenancy will automatically convert to a month-to-month basis. This allows the tenancy to be terminated by either party, at any time, with a 30 day written notice. If you choose to rent from us on a month-to-month basis, please refer to your renewal letter or contact the us at .
If you wish to sign a new contract, which will protect you from any rent increases during the next 12 months, please read, sign, and return the lease renewal sent to you by mail. If you choose to vacate the property at the end of the current term, please notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to your Lease Contract to an end as stated in your lease agreement. If you are currently on Auto Draft, your draft amount will change either to the month-to-month rate or to the lease renewal rate, whichever is executed, starting the draft after the last day of your current lease. We must receive a separate written notice to discontinue your Auto Draft service.

Lease Termination
In the event you decide to terminate your tenancy with Henderson Properties, please remember to give your written Notice To Vacate as stated in your Lease Contract prior to 30 days of the initial expiration date of your Lease Contract.
All 30 day notices to vacate must be in writing. If the Tenant is on Auto Draft, written notice must be given to the Accounting Department to terminate the Draft Agreement. The tenant also must abide by all other terms and conditions as stated in the Lease Contract or as directed by the Agent until the lease has officially been terminated.
