For your convenience, monthly rental proceeds can be directly deposited into your bank account free of charge.  This will allow us to get your money to you quicker.   Deposits are transmitted to your financial institution by the 1st of the following month. You will still receive a monthly statement in the mail that provides details of your rental income and expenses.

 

To sign up for this service, complete the authorization form and return it to our office with a voided check for the account.  It will take approximately 10 days to setup the service.  If we receive your authorization form after the 15th of the month, the service will get setup for the following month.  If you have further questions regarding this service please contact your Rental Property Manager.
