Current Positions


Community Association Manager Associate

A full time position in which the person will assist in the day-to-day administrative and community service obligations of the Community Association Manager to which they are assigned which will include, but not limited to:

  • Keep and update calendar of meetings/events to which Community Association Manager’s attendance is required
  • Assist in meeting site preparation and scheduling and attend meetings as directed by Community Association Manager
  • Generate and process homeowner correspondence and Board of Director’s reports
  • Handle requests and inquiries from homeowners through telephone and email communications
  • Assist in bid comparison report preparation
  • Maintain community files and keep system information updated
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Miscellaneous written and verbal communication

4 Year Degree or equivalent experience required

Other Requirements: Minimum one year of experience in property management/real estate or a  similar field. Excellent communication skills.   Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast moving environment.

Legal Accounts Coordinator/Collection

Full time position available in our Community Associations Division.  The Legal Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for coordination and processing of legal accounts for all Homeowner Association accounts. In addition, it will be the responsibility of this person to oversee Late Letter Processing for all delinquent accounts, maintain record and communications of all owners on Payment Plans as well as accounts with Bankruptcy/Judgments.

Duties Include:

  • Generating Delinquent reports
  • Review of accounts for Late Letter Processing for all associations
  • Coordinate all aspects of Legal Accounts Processing
  • Act as liaison between Clients and Legal Representation
  • Document all telephone and written correspondence according to procedures

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process, generate, assemble and publish Monthly Legal Accounts Update Reports
  • Maintain file copies of Delinquent Policy Resolutions for all Community Associations
  • Audit reinstated accounts to verify proper application of legal charges prior to closing file
  • Explore and publicize updates/changes and clarifications in legal requirements for delinquent action and Bankruptcy laws
  • HOA email and Community Services Support Line backup
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties

Requirements:

Two year college degree or equivelent education and experience required, a four year college degree or equivalent experience preferred. Notary Certification desired.

Property Maintenance Technician  
 

Henderson Properties is seeking a full time Property Maintenance Technician-Strong Handyman with maintenance and/or punch work skills for property maintenance and repairs.  

Duties include executing repairs to window and roof leaks, drywall repair, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

Must be a self starter with reliable transportation and trade tools.  Will be responsible for accurate documentation of time and material utilization.

Property Restoration Technician

Due to continued growth at Henderson Properties, our Maintenance Department is seeking a Property Restoration Technician.  This is a full time position.

Property Restoration Technician Duties include:
  • Surface preparation
  • Painting and touch-up;
  • Minor home/property maintenance;
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Custodial tasks

Responsibilities will also include accurate documentation of time and material utilization.

Must be a self starter with reliable transportation and trade tools.

Maintenance Coordinator

Due to continued growth at Henderson Properties, our Maintenance Department is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator.  This is a full time position.

Maintenance Coordinator duties include:

  • Coordinate actions for internal and external customer needs
  • Monitor and respond to maintenance/service requests received via phone, voice-mail, e-mail, and company website.
  • Generate, schedule and monitor work order activity through completion
  • Invoice customers

Previous experience with work order processing / construction or maintenance trades / ERP/MRP systems use preferred.
Must have skills in the use of office equipment, PC, Excel and Word
Experience with Jenark Software Systems a plus

Ideal candidate will also have experience in facilities maintenance administration
